Your files are private: tools run in your browser, so we cannot see or recover your documents. If a tool misbehaves, tell us your browser and device instead of sending the file.
"Coming soon" tools: a few features (PDF to PDF/A, Translate PDF, Create a Workflow) genuinely need servers and are being built properly — we announce them here when they launch.
Business inquiries: include "Business" in the subject line so your message gets routed correctly.
