By using PDFZippy you agree to these terms. The tools are free — these are the ground rules.

1. The service

PDFZippy provides free online PDF tools at pdfzippy.com. Tools marked as working run entirely in your browser; tools marked "Coming soon" are not yet available and we do not pretend otherwise.

2. Free use

Working tools are free for personal and commercial use, with no account, no watermark and no signup. We may introduce fair-use limits or paid plans in the future; the free tier's core tools will remain free.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools for unlawful purposes or to process content you have no right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the site.
• Remove or circumvent any "Coming soon" labelling or honest capability disclosures.
• Use automated scraping that degrades the service for others.

4. Your files, your responsibility

Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of your files. PDFZippy is not liable for data loss. Some operations (for example redaction or compression) permanently alter files — work on copies where it matters.

5. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that tools will handle every file or that the site will be uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFZippy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Intellectual property

The PDFZippy name, logo and site design are our property. The tools themselves are built on open-source libraries, used under their respective licenses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
